You're the firefly that lights my dim nights, the spring when I thirst, the clear horizon in my dark sunsets: you are the best that has happened to me in years.
You me peace by just listening to me and confidence in what I can be in life.
You are my friend, I met you by chance or only because fate has brought you to me.
You're everything I have longed to have, you know what I think, I feel, how I can react, that's why I want to thank you and tell you that you can count on me, sitting here in front of a stone, my friendship and my love are real and there'll always be one person to tell the good and bad that happens to you. My friend, because you can imagine I want to finish saying thank you, just for being there and knowing you. ---Andrea de Caseros
I figured that since Spanish is one of the few school-related things we have in common, I'd find a poem in that beloved language ESPANOL. Thanks for being my fireflies! <3 Juyea te amo!

| The neglected state of this site both humors and depresses me. Sure, there will be a day when the road diverges and friends go their separate ways, but that's for the future. Let us enjoy our time together, even on the Internet.
Time is a factor in all of this. It takes time to write a Xanga entry as it takes time to read one or to ignore whatever sentences some Xanga junkie spurts out and move on to something else. It's ultimately a choice. I dare you, my loft friends, to write something here, put it on public, and not regret a single sentence. Compose something unique; something spontaneous, for all of you are unique and spontaneous people, idiosyncratic and bubbly yet predictable and down-to-earth, like four-for-all T.G.I. Friday's appetizers. Here's a squegee, here's some water -- Let us clean the windows of this old car. I apologize if this sounds demanding or strange, but I am simply hoping to hit home somewhere.
Please take your time and enjoy the ride.
With love, Stephanie (PWSGG, moonlitstar0)

| Duuddeeee... It's been a great one-year anniversary of th3_loft! Although we've updated publicly only about five times, this site deserves more posts. Happy Easter, everyone! And happy anniversary to el lofto. Chyup. -PWSGG and THO | | |
| Person 1: Hey, we should update the loft site.
Person 2: Yes, we should.
Person 1: But what should we update?
Person 2: No idea...
Person 1: Hrm.
Person 2: Hrm.
Person 1: "My mom says that God made puppies cute so we don't throw them out windows." Person 2: "Ahh...?! ._."
"I love you mommy!" | | |
| One can tell this site is in the slow process of death. But have no fear, for someone is here. And that someone isn't afraid to post publicly.
Martin Luther King Day weekend passed by very speedily, unfortunately. I hope everyone enjoyed it, though. Winter break followed by a three-day weekend is not bad at all. I was just thinking that people should appreciate presidents more because we don't have school on their holidays. :D Next big holiday coming up is Valentine's Day... The only reason I like this certain holiday is because of the flowers. I love flowers very much [a clue to who I am; if it isn't obvious already]. Yar.
Hope you enjoy these last few hours.
